Please call for appointments.Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. A $25 per person deposit is required to schedule an advance appointment. If canceling or rescheduling an appointment is necessary, we do require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
