We would like to welcome new clients to one of the best hair salons in Pigeon Forge, Fringe Salon. Our business is devoted to offering the best hair cutting, hair styling, and hair coloring in the area. We use the finest in hair color. Our team recognizes the value of continued education exploring new trends in hair design. We use techniques to enhance textured styles, short, or sleek looks. Our goal is to be the best hair stylist in the Smoky Mountains.

Fringe salon specializes in the latest trends in hair styles, hair color, makeup, pedicures and manicures with a specialty in updos for weddings, proms, homecomings and other special or formal events. Elizabeth Arnold, proprietor, having attended the Matrix Global Academy in New York and the L’Oreal Up Do courses, has an excellent grasp of styling for all ages. Liz will also be attending masterclasses in the UK later this year in her ongoing effort to keep on the cutting edge of trends in hairstyles and makeup.

The Salon offers the latest technology used by upscale salons in larger cities in a wonderful and funky setting, catering to women who need to be pampered in a small, relaxing and unique environment.

The first of it’s kind in Sevier County bringing Big City Style to our small and growing town by offering the latest trends in hair coloring, cutting and styling. The salon offers everything from Beautiful Bride to Rockabilly, with killer make-up services as well.
Elizabeth is a licensed cosmetologist and make-up artist and attended the Tennessee School of Beauty in Knoxville, L’Oreal Professional training and the Matrix Global Academy, NY, NY. She has worked in numerous salons in Tennessee and Florida and has experience in managing small salons and specialty body product shops. Other professional experience includes on location photo shoots, Calvin Klein Runway fashion shows and extensive experience as a bridal stylist for wedding chapels.
